Well for a little while now my 360 has been freezing. It freezes anywhere, when it freezes I restart it and it lasts about a minute longer than last time and its really making me angry! It freezes and there is a few discolored squares on the TV most of the time.
Is there any way to fix this? and how can I? If you need more info just say.

PLZ HELP!

Sounds like the E74 error to me (I could be wrong though). In any event, it sounds like the leadup to some form of error. Pray it's RROD, so it'll be covered by the extended warranty.

Sorry bud, but it looks like you might have the E74 error (my 360 got it). Microsoft dosn't cover anything but the RROD's.

Call Microsoft...looks like you're heading for E74 or the dreaded RRoD! Sorry bro, been there.

I thought the E74 error displayed "E74" on the screen, from what I can tell that's not what he has.

Mine got freezes minutes, and I do mean minutes before its RROD, but others apparently have had longer. Bad pixel areas sound like bad pipelines in the graphics architecture, which could be RROD precursors I guess.

I had something like that. Are playing in HD? Try switching to the SD part of the cable. That worked for me. If that doesn't work try giggleing the power cord.

I know, it's like they design it to be irritating. My 360 just E74'd, and I have to call MS about sending it in, but I've been putting it off for a week now, I hate it that much.

It does, eventually. It leads up to it by freezing a whole lot though,

Interesting, I had just recently learned of the glitch, I thought it was an error similar to BSoD.

Mine did this about a day or two before it RROD'd on me. I'm no expert but it may be overheating, try standing it on its end and moving it away from an eclosed space. My new one sits almost in the middle of my dorm room to help keep it cool (proper air flow and all that). If it dont work, than you've exhausted your options from me.

I suggest you buy an innercooler (the external fans they sell for 360's), I used to leave mine on for almost 8+ hours at a time without it overheating at all. Mine got the E74 not too long after I took off the innercooler (I took it off to blow the dust out of it then forgot to put it back on/was too lazy to get around to it).

I had a normal small sized powerful fan on high right on it and was able to play over 8 hours like you
