3D Pokemon game...Leaked?

So i was scrolling down my news feed on FB when i saw this...

Now i know what your thinking...Facebook, not the most reliable source in the world, but the image just looks...real, is this a fan image? or has something been leaked? It's not just the fact it's an image, it's the style of the Pokemon that got me, after playing Pokemon Colosseum and XD Gale Of Darkness, the style is exactly the same!

If it is real, the Graphics look amazing, so it would probably be for the WiiU, If this is one of it's launch titles, then colour me interested. Your thoughts?

There is a Youtube image of the picture, which was only posted in July and there is a rumour of a Pokemon game coming to the WiiU

It is most likely fan made. Especially since you don't catch Ivysaur out in the wild. It looks fantastic and if it were real I would buy it in a heartbeat when it comes out, but it doesn't seem to be real.
