Hmmm I would buy/build several of luxury zombie apartments all over the world, build a spectacular zombie proof house in Australia maybe on an island, buy a large self contained yacht filled with supplies, buy a lot of guns and zombie proof vehicles. Pretty much pander to my zombie paranoia.

That and a lot of parties, chicks and booze.

Use the money to create a fortress city in the southern ocean complete with towering walls with aa battery missiles and plenty of SAM's, an airport also, create a PMC or an army and live in a palace with a view of the whole city. eventually I would get bored and invade the nearest land which happens to be Antarctica. Um... well $4 billion buys quite a few games I suppose. That's not all I would spend it on though, I could probably buy every game ever made and still have like $2 billion left. I would most likely buy some random medium sized island, then research a way to grow mindless zombies, grow large amounts of said zombies, release them onto the island, and charge people to go there and slaughter zombies. With the money I get from visitors I could keep my zombie island open for quite some time, and probably have enough to live comfortably on as well. An obvious plus is that now I can live out my fantasy zombie apocalypse! Fun times!

Second: Make a company and try to be the next bill gates.
Third: Buy the CN Tower and SkyDome/Rogers Center and make that my home.

Beyond that, I have no clue. I get bored pretty easily, so I'd be likely to change my mind a few hundred times...

On a more serious note, buy a cabin somewhere in mid Finalnd, load it up with all things high tech and then go jetting around the world, buying cars.

I would get a new house, every gaming system there is (except for arcade-machines), software for my PC (all kinds of stuff), education and whatever I could think of. I'd probably fund some open-source projects I like as well.
