I think allot of people are mistaking the /vp/ board (the 4chan that's making this, likes Pokemon) with the /b/ board (home to Pedobear, etc)

I honestly couldn't tell if some of these were rip-offs or totally original, I've missed at least one generation of 'mons so maybe they are imitations. But I don't see why they had to it a Pokémon game rather than something obviously similar just without everything being prefixed with 'poké'. There won't be legal issues then, even if 4Chan would disregard them anyway.
If it ends up browser based I might give it a go, I played an online version of Pokémon a while back and it was okay-ish but got shut down pretty swiftly.

I hope that this succeeds, primarily because it actually uses some UNIQUE FUCKING TYPING, unlike the majority of Gen V Pokemon.
Is it THAT hard to make a fire/water, water/electric, or fire/electric Pokemon, Gamefreak? That and other combinations are sorely needed.

I must say there are some really cool designs in here.
Between legalities and... well, 4chan, I doubt it will see the light of day in any final form(or evolution? *cough*), but at least creatives are being creative.
Should it see the light of day, I will happily play both it AND X / Y, because being fan-made makes it different, not necessarily better or worse.
