Wait even longer so I can buy it without the inevitably huge number of game breaking bugs it will ship with. Once I've actually bought it, um, go on a bad guy stabbing rampage I guess.

Fuck shit up
Make a mage

I have absolutely no idea, and that's a good thing. Given the apparently ridiculous scope to do any one of a billion things, making specific plans five days before the game is in my hand seems a little redundant.

That said: I fully intend to make a left-handed character. It might be a little weird at first, having to use the left trigger instead of the right, but hopefully that's something I can get used to. It always sort of bugged me that your character in every first-person game I can think of is a righty. Aside from that... I usually end up playing a solid sword-and-shield type, most often a Redguard in Morroblivion, it'd be no surprise if it ends up that way in Skyrim too.

Got it a few days ago. As annoying as these might be, they do keep bots out pretty well, and they're hilarious often enough to make them worthwhile.
holy flaming fucking hell o.0?!?! HOW is anyone supposed to punch that in o.o;;

OT: tiss true, would be better if in the game to start with, might not be, but your 'small window' theory sounds solid enough to merit research. not like your not gonna play the hell out of it anyway

modders :p

pretty sure some one will make you werewolf/parasite hybrid doable
Meh. To be honest, mod-produced stuff can be good, but I always prefer the stuff to have been in the game in the first place. Besides, I'm getting it on the 360 because my computer doesn't have a snowball's chance in hell of running it.

At least you get captchas. Mind don't load, or they load improperly. I get like one post a day, and do you realize how hard it is to sneak these messages in because I've yet to hear back from any tech person? They always get halfway and I get the chaos, madness message all screwed up and not where it's supposed to be.

On topic. I'll probably spend way too long in the character creation thing getting my character just right.

Find two swords to duel wield and then break them in on Mud Crabs.

Many, many Mud Crabs.

OT: Never gotten into the Oblivion game set but might try this at some point. However, I am the type that waits for a price drop, primarily because I can hardly afford food right now, so £30+ for a game is a bit too rich for my blood. I have got some money in a special place though for a quick grab of the next STALKER title, cause I simply love what they do with it and need some more of the Zone.

Probably explore a little then do the first main quest or two before wandering off and joining the various guilds.

I'm gonna do some of the main quest to get some dragon shouts and exposition, then I'll see how far south I can go.

Do arena fights then find the local assasin shop. Then try to get ever more long ranged headshots.

and head into the forest until i get killed by something. then stop dicking around and do some questing. Probably ignore the main quest for as long as possible

I'll try to get a pet wolf or bear. Then I'll train my bow and shortsword / dagger skills. Next to all that, I want to learn fishing and cooking so I can set up my own camp. Then I'll get everyone to hate me, fear me. Have my own secret hideout in a cave near the forests' edge.

It'll be brilliant.
