They say it's best to judge a game once you've completed it. Then at least no one can argue you didn't experience it to the fullest before deciding to rip it a new one. But sometimes...lol...some games...5 minutes is all you can take. They're not all bad games, but sometimes there's that one little thing that gets to you and you just can't let it go. Here are a list of my 5 minute games.

-Haze: remember this supposed Halo killer? Of course you don't! It's better that you don't! Actually, I'd say this game took me 2mins to drop. The second I got a feel of the controls and the shooting mechanics, and noticed that it felt like an alpha version of the game made by 1st year game design students, I was done.

-Batman Arkham City: now this one is really a good game. But something happened in the first 5 minutes that annoyed me so badly, I just couldn't continue. The game is still on my list of games that I definitely want to go back to. But once I do, I'll probably need to bite down on something hard to bare going through Catwoman's one-liners again. The writing was so bad for that character, I was afraid to continue. And games really shouldn't even piss you off for something as minuscule as this. :/

-Witcher: this is one game I felt like I really didn't give a fair chance before I dropped it like a bag of hammers. So the game takes place in medieval times - fine! But then I get introduced to a nice pair of breasts with a woman attached to it - somewhere, and then I hear her name is Trish (actually Triss but I heard Trish first)...and that pretty much triggered it for me. I just couldn't get over the fact that the devs decided that it was fine giving one of their characters a name you'd expect from a WWF female wrestler from the attitude degeneration X era. A game taking place in medievel times - mind you! Guinevere, or Arwen, or Bathsheba, or simply even Jenifer or Elisibeth would do! But Trish? Like I said, I'll admit I went went too far and wasn't being fair to the game. But then, after a couple months later - when I picked it back up and I saw what the game wanted to put me through with tutorials...I dropped it like a bag of hammers again. lol
