Googie Architecture in fact, Raygun Gothic in fiction, in terms of the general look of Fallout. Bioshock, I don't know about.

I was going to say Art Deco, but now I'm thinking that isn't quite the same style. It's essentially a illustrated pin-up... darn it all, now I'm going to be thinking about this all afternoon.

Fallout and Bioshock draw heavily on Art Deco. However your picture confuses the issue as it has no Art Deco elements in it whatsoever and is from a different time period. Your picture is closest to Pop Art.

Bioshock actually goes for an amalgm of design elements from different decades, presumably deliberately, to give the impression of a society that has evolved in some ways but stagnated in others due to its isolation. Hence in 1959 everyone is still listening to music from the 1920-30s, and all the buildings have 20s and 30s architecture as that was I guess when they were built in the timeframe of the game.
