I always laughed my ass off with that one...
It definitely deserved to be on the list.

But if they're looking for Top 8 subjects, pull out Escapist Weekly articles and give us a list of some of the old greats.

Wow, this page sure has sunk low. Jesus. I haven't seen all of these, but still. How much more can they depend on Yahtzee at this point?

Seriously though, why? If you're a fan, such as I am, you've already seen them all and if not you probably don't give a damn.

I watch the new ones when they come out (you're welcome for the continued support) and rewatch ones when I buy older games he's reviewed to see if my first impressions sync up.

I don't need no stinkin' top eight list to tell me what to do.

These top 8 lists were stretched to begin with, and now it's come to this?

Just admit it, Ron, the site's dead, and you might as well formally hand in the YouTube and Twitch channels to Yahtzee and rename them to something relating to him and/or Zero Punctuation. All you've become is a conduit for his content, which he is more than capable of creating on his own, and he has more than sufficient an outreach (people come for him, not The Escapist). The Escapist's staff list [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/content/about] is apparently old af, as it lists people other than you.

I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be:

"Wolfenstein may give
at least some joie de vivre [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joie_de_vivre]
but otherwise don't bother."

Really, this list just makes me wonder if it isn't time for Yahtzee to dump the Escapist and start up a Patreon. He's basically carrying the entire site at this point in time anyway.

True story: I have been going to RPS for gaming news lately. While there today, I thought "haven't been to the Escapist for a while, I wonder what I've missed".

This article was the first thing I saw.
