Huh, just affirms my dislike for Burton... Flame on please, I don't care... I really don't find any Tim Burton Movies that great... Never got the cult following with that guy...

For the most part, I have to agree with you. However, I do give him respect for pretty much making the first comic book superhero movie that was actually good (Batman).

I have to admit; if there is one thing I like about Tim Burton, it's that all of his creations have a very unique and distinctive art style.

About the actual trailer, well I really don't know what to say. It looked like Fallout with people made from burlap sacks.

The first trailer for a movie never really shows anything significant. As usual, I will wait til I learn more about the movie before passing judgment.

A Little Big Planet and Fallout cross-over. I'm gonna see this.

Looks way too action-y for me to properly portray a post-apocalyptic scenario for me. Additionally, the character designs are just weird.

Tim Burton, however, suggests promise; I'll just have to wait and see.

I saw it in the theaters, along with G.I. Joe, Transformers 2, and other explosion-stuffed movies. I don't why "9" has explosions too, but I think I'm being way too judgmental.

I don't see why someone has to use rock and roll to defeat their enemies, but I'm checking that out, too.

Expect weird from Tim, but also expect quality work.

Okay, fair enough. But this still looks...unappealing to me. I'll wait to hear more about it.

Also, Tim Burton is just the producer. I'm not sure how involved he is directly with the actual direction. Quentin Tarantino has produced a lot of stuff that was considerably crap.

Give the movie a chance, but if you personally don't like it, then that's your opinion, and that's cool. Don't say a movie is bad, say that you didn't like it. Unless you are actually knowledgeable on what makes a good movie, because then you have some legs to stand on.

Since TB was the producer, it was his idea, and he gets to have the final say in the making of it, so I wouldn't worry too much.

It looks fantastic.

I saw the trailer and thought it looked good. I saw Tim Burton and knew I had to see it. It also explained the film's atmosphere.

I'm'a gonna go see this, methinks, although I agree that it looks a bit more lively than your average post-apocalyptic scenario.
