Good thing I don't like 90% of all movies anyway. I'll just stick to my Jurassic Park, thank you very much.
With this method, I'm impervious to the shitbag Hollywood flings around every few minutes.
My uncle helped make Jurrasic Park. I think he helped direct it or something.
What's his name? I can check for you :D
Donald Cerrone. I know he did something envolving the camera. He probably filmed stuff or was a technician. I think he was the key gripper. Now he is teacher for filming at some school.
If memory serves there was only one Cerrone on that team, working as a boom mike operator or a grip or maybe a gaffer, and he wasn't a Donald.

Actually that is probably a very disgusting insight into my life.

No film (bar those made by Friedberg and Seltzer/Boll) deserves a 0/100 or whatever rating. Tim Burton usually has pretty high production values, hell even his Batman wasn't that bad. The fact you're being so rash with your judgement makes me want to check it out myself, because it looked like a decent original idea to me, something we haven't seen before, and now I want to see it more just to see if it is anywhere near as bad as you claim.

I'll wait for MOVIEBOB to review it. Then i might go see it. He is the only one i have met who thought the Transformers movies were complete shit. That makes me happy.

Either was i am still going to check out this movie eventually. I can handle a bad movie. if it's unique in any capacity i'll enjoy it

Its always the people who didn't like the movie who run to the internet and start screaming about it. If you didn't like the movie, that's fine just don't try and make people who haven't seen it not want to see it. We're quite capable of forming our own "pre-viewing" assumptions.

You made your opinion, and we'll make ours when we can get to the movies.

The argument comes into play that one shouldn't have to do research to understand a movie(something I agree with yet feel a little background knowledge on a film makes the experience better), but in this case there is a larger back story that's been fleshed out on the internet by the movie's creators. Since I won't see the movie till tomorrow I can't say how this back story was explained in the movie. Poor explanation and an assumed knowledge of back story by creators can lead to a poor movie going experience.

I would suggest that you take a look at their official site for the movie, but you've already made up your mind and are now devoted to spreading your bile for the movie across the internet.

I have no opinion on the movie yet, how can I when I haven't seen it yet, so if you think you're going to claim I've got a fanboy bias going on then you have no grounds to stand it on. Ignorance makes our world the vile place to live in that it is; I'm simply here to try and spread a little intellect into a somewhat lacking thread.

For those who do want to know more about the back story for the movie here's the link to official site.

Knowing the OP is probably in a rather volatile state, judging from the anger in his post, I better equip my +13[Flame War Bulwark] to defend against the oncoming retaliation.

Did you like any other of Tim Burtons movies? If not...I don't really care what you have to say about this one. If so, lpease explain why it wasn't good, and I meant in detail. In any case, I'll likey still watch it at some point.

Awww, this makes me sad. I was going to go see it because it looked interesting. I guess I'll just skip it like so many other piss-poor excuses for entertainment.

little off it was in fact
that they where all parts of the personality of one single scientist left behind to destroy the robots and give birth to humanity

I suck with spoilers today.

I liked it. Hell, I loved it, same with all my friends who saw it. But it's just my opinion, and you know what's great about opinions? You don't have to give an honest crap about it, or anyone's. Watch it and judge it for yourself, that's what I say.

I will see what Moviebob says, and I will probably rent it. I'm already waiting for Up! to come, as Moviebob changed my "A kiddy movie" opinion.

it'll still do well in theaters with parents going into the theater blindly thinking its a kids movie and then fans of tim burton. Also one person's opinion shouldn't influence what we think about it, so go see it for yourselves and give your opinion

The entire movie revolves around 9 (obviously) characters that were never explained in any shape or form. In most case, action packed toon movies can get away with this, but that's the thing, there was no action. The entire movie was about these 9 mysterious rag dolls running away from a robot until they kill it. The kill is super anti-climactic, and made me sleepy *NO SPOILERS* I would have rather stayed home and done my homework.
Yeah, I tend to not like movies when watch them with my eyes closed and my fingers in my ears for roughly 70% of the showing. Maybe next time you should actually watch the movie, as every single point you stated is horribly wrong.

Did you watch the movie? Maybe you did fall asleep. All I know is that the characters were explained very well and it was one of the best movies I saw this year.

Next time you review a movie, make sure you watch the movie first. A review does nothing if you can't give reasons why you disliked it. Other than; "It put me to sleep". If it put you to sleep, you have nothing to review.
