Well I'm not heavily into industrial but i would recommend Skinny Puppy , but i think they are one of the most well known industrial bands out there so you will probably have heard of them already

Second the Skinny Puppy recommend. If for no other reason than creative use of movie sound clips in their music.

Getting a bit to the left of it all but I really enjoy the Cruxshadows. I know its Darkwave but (as far as I know) the two kind of overlap. That and Cruxshadows make me smile =)

Polka Dot Cadaver, Clark, Otto Von Schirach, bananaSLOTH, Kone, and for super weirdness you've got to check out Bobbie Boob.
Oh yeah and Aphex Twin of course, but that should go without saying.
