Route 34 in Red/Blue Version is where the breeding Day Care Center is. Thirty-Four, breeding pokemon, do the math.
Mew is classified as the Evolution Pokemon in the pokedex. It looks cute and cuddly.
Arcaus is classified as the alpha pokemon (AKA God) and is scary looking.
