Lust - 1
Envy - 1
Greed - 1
Sloth - 1
Wrath - 1
Pride - 1
Gluttony - 1

I don't find any of them offensive as they are a particularly large part of who we are and their varying degree's often define us. I'm as offended as I would be watching someone eat toast in public, it's normal.

That's difficult. They are all pretty much things that are good or at least ok or understandable in small dozes. There are definitely things you should feel proud of, or angry about, and lust is just a part of being a human...
I'm not sure if they mean those things in excess. And even if they do, it's difficult to put them in order.

country 2
guests 3
benefactors 4

Family is the least, because you don't get to choose who you happen to be born to. If your family is wrong, or horrible, why should you be on their side? You don't owe them your loyalty.
Almost same goes for country, but at least you can always move out, at least in theory.
Guests I take to mean people who you invite to your house and promise to protect. So if you betrayed them, you'd be violating the trust they placed on you.
And the worst is benefactors. Keep in mind I'd include most people's families here. I respect my mother, but not because she is my mother, because she has taken care of me and sheltered me even if it has been hard at times.

Betraying someone who has been good to you is the worst type of treason, because you'd answer to their good treatment of you with a knife on the back.

This depends a bit on the definitions used, though.
For example, family. If the family treats you badly it could be sayed they didn't fulfill their part of it by being truly your family.

neighbour 3 (I'm going to take this to mean other people)
self 2 (it's their body)
god 1 (it's a victimless crime)
nature 4 (almost tied with 'neighbour'. The thing is, 'violence' against nature usually is also 'violence' against your fellow man. Because at least you are depleting the natural resources that should belong to everyone, if not directly hurting humans. Humans are a part of nature.)

I consider fortune teller and mage to be the same as fraudster.
Unless you just do it by yourself, in which case it's victimless.
Does 'seducer' mean the same as 'rapist' here?

3. Gluttony

5. Sloth
6. Envy
7. Greed - This is the only one that by definition harms the people around you, so is highest

Treasons: - These are difficult without context. I'd have no problem being treasonous if I lived in a dictatorship, and I'd have no problem betraying a guest for the greater good. The categories have little in the way of intrinsic value, so I've ordered them with regard to how likely I think it is that I'd have a moral objection to the majority of cases.

Violence:
1. Against god - victimless
2. Against Self - you aren't hurting anyone else
3. Against Nature
4. Against Neighbour

1. Ambition - by itself this isn't a problem, can lead to more problems than the others though!

3. Fortune teller - only below fraudster because some people genuinely believe they can do it
4. Fraudster
5. Thief

I haven't included "Ruffian/Seducer" because I'm not sure what you mean - are you using it as a euphemism for a rapist, or do you just mean 'party goer'? If the former it occupies spot 6 - the worst, if the latter it takes spot 1 as least severe.

Sins: can't really rate these, as I don't find them offensive at all. They are a part of human nature, and can be great motivators.

- to clarify, there are almost no differences for me here, all of these rate pretty close to the lowest value - blasphemy. When pressed to assign priorities however, this would be my list.
