A FF13 Question

So, bought Ff13 today. First impressions are good, not nearly as bad as people made it out to be.

Anyway I read somewhere Lightning's Gunblade can be used in gun or sword mode. But currently (I'm not that far in) i've only been able to use it as a sword.

So, how do you make it turn into a gun?

It's automatic, I believe. At the end of a long attack combo, she'll jump back and take a shot.

 

[the_pleasure_is_mine]

It automatically turns into a gun when she chain attacks.

Normally it goes slash > slash > slash > backstep > fire gun.

You'll see it when it happens.

I really like Sazh's "guns melding into a rifle" step of his combo. But then, almost everyone likes everything about Sazh, and I'm no exception.

Yeah it's a shame you can only control one character, never get to see him fight properly

Yeah it's a massive shame I always found that Sazh was fairly weak compared to other characters and if I wanted him to buff my party (which he *is* good at) I was much slower than having the computer do it for me.
