This game has really been on my nerves for a while now, it was used for a contest to win a new computer. What you have to do is, while holding onto the red square you have to dodge the rectangles dashing around you and not hit the side of the wall. Apparently if you hold it out for around 18 seconds you have a great reaction time. It also says that US jet pilots can go over 2 minutes in a game similar to this one.
10.27 was the highest point I got to so far. I'm interested in how far the escapist community can go.
