So, I just opened my PS3 to play Black Ops and in it was a copy of EA MMA

A game that I returned to the video store 3 weeks ago...

Whoops.

Has anyone else done this? How did you deal with it?

Heh. Funnily enough, I did that the other day.

I sold my copy of The Orange Box and for some reason, found the disc in my Ps2.

What the hell was in the case for the Orange Box? >>

Not done it myself, but used to work for a game retailer and this happened a lot with returns and trade-ins. It isn't technically your fault, as the retailer should've checked for the disc.

There is nothing you can or should do. Don't feel guilty, after three weeks the store would have had to write the loss off - taking it back now, they won't be able to do a thing about it. You'd be giving them a disc they can't sell, nor return, so it'd go straight in the bin.

Ages ago I bought Syphon Filter The Omega Strain and inside was a copy of Splinter Cell Chaos Theory, a game I already had :/

Needless to say, I went straight back to the store.
