So, my main computer broke down and my lap top is not good enough to run most programs, so my friend gave me one of his old games. The game was called "Gladius" for the nintendo Game Cube and it looked pretty entertaining.
The premise of the game was that you train a school of gladiators of all sorts ranging from mundane to magic and fight in a Turn Based Strategy Game style to enter a high tournament and win the respect of the world. Long story short, it turned out to be one of the best games I've ever played.
However, I've yet to meet another person who has even heard of the game besides my friend, I just don't understand it. So I have to ask you guys: Have you played this game and do you agree with me (I truly think this might be my favorite console game of all time) or is something wrong with me? The worst part is that the game felt like it was set up to have a sequel, and I can't find a single reference to such a thing anywhere...
