Any Escapists going to A-Kon 22? It's here in Dallas, Texas; again.

I will be attending. I'm not really into anime though; but, I was told it's a good experience, so I'm going with some friends. Heck we even got a hotel room for the weekend.

Anyways, if any of you are attending, we should have a north Texas Escapist meet up. Not that it has to be at A-kon, any local bar will do well depending on if anyone responds.

I went last year with an anime freak friend of mine. Surprisingly enough, I had a great time. Not into anime, but looking at all the cosplay was good fun.

Unfortunate, both my anime friends have since vacated Texas (In fact, pretty much all my friends have bailed here, barring the ones currently deployed.). So I will not be attending this.

A shame, though. Post some pictures here and let me know how it was.

I thought this was going to be about the musical artist. I was hoping he was involved in some more wacky hi-jinks involving jailbait frottage.

I am disappoint.

I won't be there. Couldn't pick out a favorite.

Theirs anime, comics, anime-esc stuff (NIS, anyone?), and, most importantly, Cosplay.

Seriously, the cosplay is the best part. It's like halloween when you were a kid, only now all the kids have enough money and good enough taste to pull it off. Bring a camera and have a laugh.
