A Lazy Idea

So I was in Best Buy a while ago, and I noticed there was this stereo that switched between three CDs. So I thought, why can't my PS3 have that? There have been times when I was too lazy to switch the DVD out for a game, why can't it have two drive bays or something?

So for discussion value, do you think this is a good idea, and what additions/mods.customizations have you thought of for electronics?

OT:great Idea because it's annyoing to switch CDs all the time.

It could be made into an expansion module. It plays one game at a time, and other discs could be stored in it. The expanion module would plug into the USB port, and may or may not get it's power from the console.

Believe it or not, someone's already done something like that. Granted it was with an Xbox 360 instead of a PS3 but it could work both ways.

Yeah, it could be cool, but it seems like something like that could be expensive to install and therefore more expensive for the consumer to purchase.

I do appreciate your initiative, though. Lazy ideas are the best kinds of ideas!

you know those book stand things you put music sheets on? Put that on top of the console for guides.

I don't think its a bad idea, but I sure as hell don't think its a good one either.

I think the only addition I would give my PS3 is a mechanical arm. Since I spend all my time gaming on the PC, I figure the PS3 could give me a damned handjob once in a while. Give it some attention, because right now its just collecting dust.
