Eh how about doing the Hammertime dance everytime you wake up or some other dance. That would be a pretty wierd habbit especially at sleepovers.

Repeating something 28 times apparently makes you never forget it.

Which is crap because most people probably repeated something more than 28 times in school and no longer remember it as an adult.

OT: This is what happened to make me only sleap after 1:30 instead of at 1:30, I just kept staying up reading, and now I don't feel tired at 2:00. Blah. School in 2 weeks...

OT: i already have this habit so i'll do u one better. i'll see if i can break the habit in 15 days. but wouldnt it be better to do something on purpose every day & then give it a while to see if it has become a habit?
