I do occasional freelance live sound assisting. Basically I sit and watch bands play, making sure they don't get feedback in their mixes, and drink Coke. It's pretty sweet but hard work the first 3 hours or so while we're setting up.

Also I like to gig out as much as possible, and if I get paid for playing, even better.

Nothing. My friend did take advantage of smokers at my school though, he would buy a packetof cigarrettes and the people at my school would be so addicted to them they would buy them of him for £1 per cigarrette.

I did that occasionally at school. Bring in sweets and ice-lollys and sell that at 100% profit. Quite fun, really, gave me spending money.

Maybe you should focus on your studies and learn how to spell. Just an idea.
Work for your parents. Do extra chores for money. I'm assuming you're to young to get a proper job seeing that your peers are willing to pay ridiculous money for gum. Clearly they haven't learnt the value of money yet.

When I was still at school my mom gave me bus fare for two buses, but I'd usually pocket half the money and walk to the bus station so I only had to catch one bus instead of a second connecting bus. Nowadays, my nan pays me a tenner a week plus bus fare to go to her house and do odd jobs for her, like weeding the garden or recently dismantling an old shed for her. Otherwise, I just get a tenner a week pocket money from my parents then scam the rest from Student Finance England (not really, just a student loan, no scamming involved ;D).

I used to tutor math (through calculus I) and chemistry (G-chem and O-chem.) Now...technically my two paid jobs are side jobs...and I work full time for free. How screwed up is that?

I once won free candy and ice cream for a whole semester in 7th grade. I then sold my coupons each day. I used the money to buy comic books. Those were the days.

You should try it sometimes, It cuts down the booze time (con!) but it means you can spend more money on beer (win!)
