A little help please?

When i try to watch ZP or any other videos on the escapist i get a black bar where the play button and slider bar should be, there is the background of the video but i can't get it to play. Thanks for the help if you know whats happening

This might sound like a completely obvious suggestion, but have you got Adobe flash installed for the web-browser you are currently using?

What browser are you using? If you have more than one browser have you simply tried your other browser(s) instead? And what OS are you using?

Windows xp, i've tried firefox and IE and yes, i do have flash player
