I have a small list of software that I need for various uses, and while I could search the internet for hours trying to find out if they exist and the best bang for my buck, I thought it would be easy and perhaps fun to let you guys recommend me some that I need. Price isnt really a issue, but nothing crazy.

So in no particular order:

I need a program that can record gameplay and the voice of two+ people, This could be a program that records gameplay and what im saying and what U hear, or one that specificly records the voices + video

I need a general gameplay recorder + voice for let's play purposes

I need a good cd/dvd writing program

And also, this is more a hardware question, but can anyone recommend me a good capture card.

Thanks in advance and feel free to ask your own questions in the reply's, who knows, maybe I may know of one :D

Note: It doesn't really matter but this kind of stuff should be posted in the advice forum (i think).

Ok you can use fraps to record gameplay, it's very widely used and you can check more details about it out online. To record two people (assuming you mean 2 people in the same room?), you can either use fraps to record sound as well or you can also record by using audacity. If you use another program such as audacity you will need to synchronise your commentary with the gameplay using video editing software.

If you want to record two people having a conversation over the net while one of you is playing a game, you can have your conversation over skype and record that with audacity whilst recording the game with fraps.

I don't have much experience with CD burners but you can either use the standard Microsoft burner software or use Nero CD burner as well.

If you want to spend a lot of cash the best you can get (which many online youtube commentators use, e.g. Seananners) is the HD PVR.

If you aren't willing to spend that much cash you can use the dazzle capture card.
