Have you experienced any miracles on your life?

When I was a young boy, my family and I went to Hawaii. we were walking through a forest that had one cliff that was high up, and a straight drop down. I was walking to close and I tripped but a man who was talking with my parents ran over and grabbed my hand before I could fall. If it werent for him, I wonder every day what could have happened. I never forgot that man and then I knew that God was with this man, I never forgot this day.

I'd say that isn't a miracle, just that man being quick on his feet. Don't underestimate humans, they're quite amazing.

How is that not a miracle, im alive arnt i? Its a miracle that man saved me, I saw God that day.

I don't really believe in miracles as people think of them. I just think someone is jumping to conclusions a little. When people find something they can't explain they assume it's supernatural. In your example I just say it is a male doing what he was bred to do: protect the young (or women) of our clan or pack (let's not argue whether or not we are part of the same clan). I would consider it a miracle if you were sent to the hospital and the doctors found no potassium in your body.

Slapworthy references aside, I was once flipped down a row of concrete stairs by a 350 lb. football player. I stood back up, laughed, and walked on without a scratch. I found out a month later that the ordeal had managed a tiny microfracture in my foot that I'd been walking on for a full 30 days without even feeling (keep in mind that I walk and run a lot). I have concluded that either my love of milk or supernatural ability has rendered me nigh invulnerable.

Was outside of school, so no. And honestly I found the fall to be pretty fun. Hence the laughing when I got back up.

Jeez, why does everyone keep telling the OP that what happened was not a miracle? I can't see any reason to do that other than to be a jerk.

Anyways, other than the miracle or being born I don't think I've ever experienced a miracle.

True, under extream surcomstances (sp?) the human body can allow you to run with almost unlimited amounts of energy and speed. You can also have "superhuman" strength if the time calls for it.

Excample: there was a firefighter caught in a firestorm once (for those who don't know a firestorm is a fire that is so intense that it creates its own wind fueling itself at a alarming rate), he out ran it with all his gear on with a 7 year old kid slungh over his shouler. He ran at about the speed of an olimpic runner for about 10 minutes before he reached safty. That is NOT possible, but under extream stress the human body can endure almost anything.

Regardless, I do beleive in miracles, they do happen they're just very uncommon.
