On the third day of the massive week long party that occurring in the Capitol to celebrate the many victories the Trinidadian athletes brought home, an inebriated Patriarch Zapeta stumbles onto the stage and clings to the podium of Trinidad a difficult task given that he is holding a half empty bottle of church sacramental wine in one of his hands. He then gave a semi-slurred speech to the nation

"Hich....Peoples of Trinidad, we won some medals!!!!! God did something and gave us victory I think. Zapeta then paused for three seconds to take another swig of wine. "Anywho.....I just wanted to say how proud I am of everyone, in the past few periods of time, we've gone from a war-torn nation to something that can win sports awards and its all thanks to your guy's efforts. I love you all.

Zapeta then passed out; a mob quickly descended on the unconscious leader and drew penisis all over his face in permanent marker. They also put his hand in a bowl of water. After the massive week long nation wide party, a national week of silence was declared to avoid aggravating any headaches.

Rumors reach your country about the remnants of the former government of New San Marcos reforming on previously unsettled lands. People are afraid that this remnant will cause dissent and rebellion in the country. They demand a response or plan of action from their leaders...

"Menarians! We must hold back and hope that this new government is peaceful! Spying on the area only to find nothing would result in tensions between our two countries! We shal wait and see..." Said King Archie F. Ury.

Zapeta addresses a secret emergency session of Parliament.

"Brothers and sisters, we face a crisis the likes of which we have never seen. Reports indicate that the remnants of the former government of our country have fled south and re-established the nation of New San Marcos."

Loud whispers race throughout the Parliament building

"I know, this new threat is coming to fruition, we cannot allow it to bear fruit, with Parliaments permission I request that we deploy the Sword of Heaven to this region and neutralize what's left of that wicked government before they have the chance to oppress the innocent again! Who's with me?!?"

A unanimous vote was passed in favor, Trinidad mobilizes its special forces into New San Marcos to try and wipe out what's left of its leadership.

The Premier of Congaire makes a statement to his advisors and military generals.

"My friends and allies....As you know, the people of a destroyed country have settled in lands near our borders and some stretching into our territory! These people have already destroyed one country, but they will not take Congaire!

Our troops will guard the borders. Try as they might, the people and governing body of New San Marcos will not find safe haven here. The settlements they have built in Congaire territory will be torched, and their inhabitants will be deported. The people of Congaire will know that now and forever, our borders are safe!"

The Premier slams his hand on the table to emphasis the final point before grabbing a pen from the table and signing the document to increase the budget of the National Guard in hopes to double Border protection.
