I of course do not have the authority to enact this but it needs to be said and ball has to start rolling on this. I would like your support on this escapist in spreading this idea through the internet and I would appreciate your input on this idea.
Let it therefore be enacted by the escapist and the internet at large that video streaming sights are no longer allowed to stream video ads while the video the client actually wants to watch is running.
You can still run video ads before the video starts so long as they are short or skippable. And you can run video ads after the video ends because people can leave the page if they don't want to watch. But running a video add while a video is streaming is stupid. It lowers the quality of your product: the video the client came to watch, no one watches the ad video, and if takes longer than thirty seconds to sell an product to a potential customer then your marketing department isn't doing their damn jobs.
