Thought I'd ask this question here, Escapist people are usually fairly knowledgeable (spelling?)

So I've made a wizard, and I'm wondering if I prestiege pale master and Arcane Scholar of Candlekeep, will I get all the same things as if I had just went pure wizard, but with the prestiege class bonuses?
Or will I lose feats/skills/spells?

The general approach with multiclassing with 3.5 edition rules (which NWN2 uses) is that you lose traits that make you a powerful specialist in favor of more versatility. Be the shining example of a wizard able to cast speels in the range of sunburst or shapechange, or gain some insight into undead and get some more oomph in the spells you can learn.

There are drawbacks to each decision. Multiclassed by definition of the in game limits cannot achieve the pinnacle capabilities of any class they have, and prestige are meant more as a specialization than a true class. On the other hand, single classed characters lose out on some abilities and traits that could make their adventuring easier.

The choice is ultimately yours, though if you're going for raw power, then stick with a single class.
