The hardest was in the type of car in Fallout 2 because I thought it was the Highwayman... That ate up the most time.

It IS the Highwayman, so I had to guess what the quiz maker thought was the right one.

I went with what the other car the company, Chryslus Motors made which was a thinker and when I eventually got there, the right one thankfully.

Now I know why it's "impossible", some questions never had the real right answer.

It's not my question, but...

Ghouls are a type of mutant.

Harold is a ghoul. He's also a little special.

Super Mutants are humans with no or minimal radiation damage who have been exposed to FEV.

Ghouls are humans with significant radiation damage exposed to FEV.

Harold is, well, Harold.

I know we treated him as a ghoul, but not a Necropolis one. He may have been irradiated before or after. All I remember was that he went in there with the guy whose name I forget (the one who fell into the vat and became the Master), and only Harold came out. Harold's memory is totally whacked, btw.

...most people don't know when they get irradiated, so he [Harold] just may not know what happened to him. I do know that radiation and FEV do not mix. Mutants are immune to radiation effects, but an irradiate human is killed by exposure to FEV. So one thing is sure: Harold is not a mix of radiation and FEV. He's got to be one or the other, and I think he's a ghoul.

It was retconned a bunch of different ways after the fact, but I think the quotes from the Fallout Bible [http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout_Bible_5] are good enough to justify lumping Harold in with the ghouls for purposes of racial stereotyping. He's certainly closer to being a ghoul than he is to any of the other 'races' in Fallout.

i do like your spin on it but i guess we will never actually know what harold is unless van bruens story gets released

The car is called the Highwayman in game, but the brand of car is a Corvega. It's sort of a trick question, I guess.

i can`t think of any other ghouls you could recruit in 2 beyond harold the one you find at the power plant with a tree growing out of his head as i recall
