a Gang is a mini Community in itself, i think it depends what Morals the Gang hold and what they do, I met a biker gang once, They were Uh-mazing people, first time i rode a chopper too!

There are plenty of "legit" organizations that exist that are nothing more. If you mean a bunch of dushebags running around selling drugs, proudly speaking of mistreating women, getting into frivolous bar-fights; again see the fist sentence!

Were I to pick one evil to expunge from the world at large it would be the idea of "defending the moral high-ground". When people believe they have the power of "good" or "right" or "god" or whomever on their side, they tend to do some fairly irrational things.
Ignorance, so much evil has been done because of a lack of understanding, or worse, the lack of will to understand. Without ignorance the world would be such a better place.
The current anti-Obama protesting in America, people voted the bloke in for change, and when he does change things hes labeled a communist and a Muslim. Ignorance makes these people fear the change, fear creates hatred, hatred creates J.F.Obama.
