I really wonder what his moves in DOTA 2 would be.

Q - Purge the Weak - Slows and damages all enemies in a radius for 5 seconds
W - Blood Price - Toggle - Increases damage per attack by a percentage of target max life at a cost to users own life pool (also percentage)
E - Blood Lust - The character lunges a short distance (300 or so) towards the cursor. He gains additional attack speed for 3 seconds.
R - Ascend - The character becomes a champion of Khorne and is granted a power sword, increased movement and attack speed and resistances for 10 seconds. Attack range is reduced to melee (125 I'd say).

hard carry, then, sounds cool.

Dragon Age: Origins... the chantry and mages aren't going to be pleased when THAT comes back through the fade... might be able to single handedly kill the archdemon and the horde of darkspawn, but I hope the King has a plan to defeat it.

To be honest with you... sounds lame as hell. Seems to me that he/they are designed to be as badass as possible, and in doing so is forced TOO much. There are limits to everything, and when such a limit is crossed, it descends into mediocrity. Not impressed.

Agreeeed. From what little I've played of Warhammer 40K, it seems incredibly adolescent.

Well, there is a reason for that, and it's not pretty.
All that grimdark stuff? All that over the top horror and violence? In the olden days it was played for laughs.
but Games Workshop has changed since those days, targeting younger and younger players, letting their art department get flooded with managers and business types, and... well, it's not a funny tongue in cheek game of cheesy space guys, it's a fucking toy line these days.
All the grim dark stuff gets played seriously now, and it ruines the game in my opinion.

It's kind of like someone took the Flash Gordon film, swapped the queen music with some Star Wars like shit, and played everything dead serious. You'd suck out all the joy.

Last game I played? Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask, a nice little for-all-ages point-and-click/puzzle game set in an overly idyllic anime-version of England.

Minecraft? Well fuck you, Creepers. I'd probably end up building massive Doom Fortresses, which really doesn't make much of a change really. I guess I'd enjoy the Nether more.
