With the Publisher's club, i was just thinking, will probaction and banning still work? i mean, they pay and if they start trolling and get banned, cant they sue or somthing?
No, Brad, they can't sue. They agree to abide by the Terms of Service when they join the board. They pay for premium access, provided they do not violate the terms of service. You get suspended or banned for violating those ToS. So, no, they haven't a legal leg to stand on.

WHA- what are you smoking, of course they can get suspended/banned. If paying $10 gave you immunity everyone would join the PubClub. As far as legal action, that is impossible. By posting on this site you basically have admitted that you have read all the rules and accepted them, therefore you can't be mad and sue there asses if you get banned.
