A question about DC Universe

Is it possible to play DC Universe on your PC with those that have it for the PS3? As my brother is thinking about buying it if that is possible

If you are playing DCU on a PC you will not be able to play with someone who is playing DCU on a PS3.

Yea thats one of those things where they promissed everyone you could crossplatform play but in the end they did'nt hold up on it
