A question about the forums

When it comes to quoting, did the escapist remove the feature which sends you a message whenever you've been quoted?

I was away from the forums for a couple of months from the end of last year to the start of this year and since I came back I no longer receive notifications when I'm quoted (despite seeing that I have been quoted in this time whenever I've gone back through threads).

Is anyone having the same problem, is there some sort of option I should change or did I just miss the memo?

It's still working for me, I was quoted and got a message less than 30 minutes ago so, must be your settings?

But they still work fine for me. Check that link and see if "Quote Notification" is turned on or off.

If it is a "Yes", then make a post in the <url=http://www.escapistmagazine.com/groups/view/Tech-Team>Tech Team user group, and ask them to look into it for you.

Recieved about 4 quote notifications in the last 3 days, so must just be your settings or something.

I'm having the same problem even though I am set up to receive notifications. I think it's a bit broken.

I can still quote people and I've been getting notifications when people quote me...maybe it's something you can change in your profile?
