So I just completed Mass Effect 1 on my Xbox, and now I'm facing a bit of a dilemma.

A few weeks ago when I was at PC world, they were having a massive games clearout, and I found Mass Effect 2 there for £2.97. Couldn't let that one go, so i bought it.

Now I have the trouble of my save file from number 1 on the xbox, and mass effect 2 for the pc.

I want to carry on with my choices and character from number one, but theres the opposing console difficulty.

I'm wondering, because the Xbox can be connected up to a PC, would it be possible to transfer the save file onto my PC, and load it into Mass effect 2 so I can continue with my playthrough? I don't want to have to start again :(

(if all else fails, I'll just buy Mass Effect 1 from gamestation for PC, is think it's about £5 now)

There are save editors for the PC, I do believe. You can just import all your choices in ME1 to a fake save for ME2 on the PC.
