Call it and see what's up. I doubt she'd give you her number if she wasn't interested in you, but really either way that's the only way to get to the bottom of this. Just be sure that she's done with your cousin before you go any further than talking. I can't see her setting you up for anything but it's never good to get caught in the middle of something like that, especially if there's a family member involved (whether it's someone you're close to or not).
