Before any of you lovely people suggest that I should "google this" I have done many times, as have my numerous friends and associates, but to no avail.

Since googles has failed me I figured I'd try the wondrous hive mind of the escapist. Do any of you simply brilliant know where the following quote (or one similar if my memory hasn't been as faithful as it should) is from

"If you look him in the eyes, he will kill. If you touch him, he will kill you. If you beg him not to kill you, he will kill you."

The last bit about "If you beg him not to kill you..." I'm pretty sure is correct even if the preceding sentences weren't

Also I haven't posted in ages so I apologise if this breaks any new rule the forum has. I realise this generates little discussion so I'll also pose this,

"Excited about the new pokemon games? Do you think actual change will be added to the games or will the same old tried and tested formula be broken out with just a new face." Personally I'm just a slave to the yellow mouse with red cheeks and I'd buy any game as long as it game with Pokemon _____ Version on the box somewhere. (_____ = some colour or shade)

EDIT: Also tried youtubing it, it would appear the internets have failed me so I rely on your squishy brains.
EDIT: I should add this appearing in a comedy and was not delivered seriously.

Whatever that quote is from, it must have been during the writer's strike because that's some of the worst dialogue I've ever heard anywhere, ever. Even L. Ron Hubbard had better lines than that, and he had some of the worst dramatic lines in the entire history of fiction. Are you sure that you really want to know where this quote comes from, because whatever it is, it's probably crap...

I'm not that fussed about the new Pokemon games because I didn't play the old ones...

Okay, call me a massive nerd on this one, but it reminds me of Deltora Quest, that I read as a kid back in primary school. There was this knight called Gorl who was evil and the heroes had to fight him and stuff.

I think the quote is from Kill Bill Vol 2 where Bill gives Kiddo some advice before meeting Pai Mei. I tried looking for that scene on youtube, but all the vids either start right after when Bill says it or are not in English.

It's a nifty quote, but I'm afraid I don't know where it's from. As for Pokemon, my sister is likely to pick up a copy of both Black and White, and then let me play whichever one she doesn't start with. So I guess I'm excited in the "I'm-not-going-to-have-to-pay-for-a-fun-game-but-play-through-it-anyway" sort of sense. They look like they're going to be adding a lot of cool new stuff while staying true enough to the formula that it'll be easy to jump in for veteran players.

Deltora Quest was pretty original for a kids book. I thought it was great!

I came finally come out of the closet! I still have those books on my shelf, by the by.

Long while ago, but still remember.. portions. I still have no fucking idea what Jasmine is supposed to realistically look like, either! ..Or Leaf, for that matter.

I've put this in an EDIT, however the line was not delivered in a serious context and was meant to be delivered humorously, and in my memory it was and prompted much chuckling.

There's a line in Pulp Fiction which is "You just touch him, you die" but apart from that, it sounds vaguely Dr Who-esque, but I swear it can't be...

Is this an American show or a British one?

It reminded me of Fable... for some reason, but my brother loves Kill Bill and he says it's from that, so I agree with him.

Sounds like something someone would say about Chuck Norris...

I have no idea where it's from, though it does sound very familiar to me too.
