A Quiz Question

It seems all the quiz leader boards are topped with people who have "0:00" for the time requirements, even if I knew all the questions going through the quiz I wouldn't be able to have my high speed internet load fast enough for it to be "no time". What's up with that?

All those people are the video game protagonists with bullet time. They slow down time and finish the quiz even before a second has elapsed. Fortunately for them, bullet time does not affect their internet's loading times.

In all honesty, I have no idea. Maybe they cheat.

I think they need to start issuing warnings/probations to those who are intentionally glitching the system and beating the shit out of those who are hacking with the banhammer.
