I'll start with the power of technomorphism, the ability to be made of shape shifting nanobots.

Hmmm... could make an interesting battle...., I'd better put on form-fitting telekinetic armor right away to keep you from slipping some of your nanobots in to my bloodstream....

EDIT: so I ruminated on how this battle would go for a while, and at first I thought you'd win...after all I have to breathe sometime and when I do you'll get the chance to slip some of your nanobots in through my airways. BUT- if I were to immediately seal you in to a telekinetic sphere to keep any of your nanobots from getting out/away then I'd win... so long as you didn't have some of your nanobots already separated from your main mass and hiding to ambush me.

As for how I'd win, well, I'd just Twilight Sparkle your ass with crazy magic and friendship.

I encase myself in a super dense layer of snow, then make a couple of Snow Atronach frighteners to beat the crap out of you, or if I'm in a hurry, I just drop an avalanche on your head.

I always seem to do rather well in these threads... although I would be pretty screwed if we're fighting anywhere outside of the arctic circle, I'd have to carry around an esky full of snow in order to be useful anywhere else.

To be honest though, I think the result of any fight with this power involved is kind of obvious anyway.

If this were a tournament, me and the Non-Existence guy would be mowing through everybody... I reckon omnipotence beats even that, because it has the power to make this sentence true, as well as bullshit like making Non-Existence not exist.
