So this isn't a topic for discussion per se, but I thought fans of Fallout and other post nuclear apocalypse fiction might find this interesting. It is a website run by a group of top photojournalists, and this is a story about homeless people (known as "stalkers") that collect scrap metal inside the still contaminated "exclusion zone" near Chernobyl. Anyway, here's the link hope you find it as interesting as I did. The other stuff on the website is pretty interesting but be warned it can get really depressing and occasionally graphic.

it's very interresting, and remind me a lot of CoD4 (the imagery was pretty accurate) but man, if this guy really 22 ? he look like he's 60...

There is a game called Stalker
Shadow of Chernobyl. I never actually played that game, though the research they did for the production sounded interesting. The events detailed in the essay are likely closer to that game than those of Fallout. Even if they are particularly interested in Scrap Metal :).

that's the bless of radiation
That's the bless of Russian moonshine my friend. Trust me, no radiation can match it :D

I love those Chernobyl photos. I really need to go there some time soon, but not with an organised tour, that's so fucking lame.
