NAME: Fishspear (or maybe it was Fish Spear. He can?t remember)
GENDER: Ostensibly male
AGE: No idea
RACE: Human, probably.
APPEARANCE: Stands at 5,7 and weighs 140 lbs. Extremely pale skin, likely albino. White, dishevelled hair, white moustache, dull green eyes. Thin Build. Wears a pair of dark slacks, a grey shirt, a dark jacket, usually unzipped and a pair of fingerless leather gloves. Wears a hat of some description at all times, period.
BIO: Fishspear doesn?t really remember all that much. Things that happened beyond the last few years are all but lost to his memory. He had been a test subject to The Surgeon who was operating out of the red racer factory in the capital wasteland. The Surgeon had been experimenting with mind control technology and although he?d mostly used ghouls and super mutants, he?d used humans when that was all he could get his hands on. Unbeknownst to him, when The Wanderer killed The Surgeon and destroyed his experiments, Fishspear was released. The tests had wreaked havoc on his mind and he lost his memory as well as his speech . All he could remember was ?Fishspear?. Since then he has periodically lost all his memories again. It has been over 2 years since this last happened, the longest gap between his amnesia yet. In the intervening time he spends his days traveling the wasteland and the metro, scavenging the resources he needs to survive.
PERSONALITY: Ignorant of social graces and courtesy, Fishspear finds getting along with others difficult. This is only compounded by his inability to speak or write. Despite this however, he dislikes upsetting others and therefore keeps to himself mostly. He likes to help others when he can but such opportunities do not present themselves often. One thing he doesn?t understand is the concept of personal property and will take anything he deems useful and isn?t nailed to the floor. He figures that as long as the person who is missing the item doesn?t know he took it they won?t get too upset. He also has a predilection for hats and collects any new ones he can find.
WEAPONS: Fishspear carries a hunting rifle as his foremost weapon as he prefers to engage enemies (which are generally tasty looking animals) from a distance and has become an adept marksman with practice. He also has a .223 pistol with double triggers, LED lights on the side, an ejection port and a bolt handle that he found a while back that is surprisingly lethal at close ranges. Aside from that he has a bowie knife just in case.
ITEMS: Fishspear likes to travel light, bringing only essentials with him. This includes a modest supply of .223 ammunition which, thankfully, is compatible with both of his firearms, enough water and food for a few days, a set of lock picks and as many stimpacks as he can get his hands on, which at the moment is five.
PERKS/TRAITS/SKILLS: Fishspear is skilled with both his rifle and pistol and is able to keep both in working (if not optimal) condition given enough time to service them. He is also extremely adept at staying unnoticed and will attempt to avoid confrontations using stealth if at all possible. Lock picking is also another of his capabilities, few locks are able to withstand him as long as he has time. Unfortunately he can?t talk at all and his knowledge of anything not directly related to surviving is rudimentary at best.
If he sees a cool hat then he feels compelled to acquire it stopping short only at murder.
