I don't really have a similar situation but this does remind me of another situation.
Me with three friends, one normal, one psychotic, (the social life of an accountant blogging, clingy to the normal friend, trying to drive the group apart for him, and with a deep hatred towards me), and one that just gets carried away to often. Right now the group has split apart, separation from the normal (class schedules), the psychopath gone to a new school after me telling him exactly and bluntly telling him about his life (nearly suspended even though I gave him many warnings first, AND GETTING PUNCHED AFTERWARD, HELLO SCHOOL AUTHORITIES???), and me left there with the carry away guy as my one and only friend.

Bullshit, it's not your conscience that's preventing you from taking action. When you break it in to it's basic components (what is it in its self) I see two possible reasons. You like having separate and I assume attractive females desiring you. Or you're scared to make a choice for fear of the out come. In either case you need to find your man card and make a bloody decision about these women.
If you're actually dating girl A now, tell girl B. The truth always comes out, and it will be worse if it doesn't come from you. Lieing is not kindness, it's cruelty, and comtempt.(in this case) So, that's what i would do. If she can't handle that, it's her failing, not yours.

Maybe you could just stop being so nice and try and be a douche to her, then she'll stop talking to you and you never have to worry about telling her. It's a but of a cowardly way out, but it might be the only safe way.
Just keep playing the game and it'll all be fine. You might want to explain to Girl B you're seeing someone and if the conversation arises tell Girl A about it.

Go with both. Just kidding. Seriously though... If you let things just run their course, both A and B are gonna find out eventually. So tell B that your already in a relationship, she might take it better than you think. And if she doesn't, hey, at least you still got girl A.
