...from a guy in Ninja Turtles PJs. (Don't judge)
During my typical internet browsing insomnia, I just found out that Amazon (US) received a new shipment of those hard to find (at reasonable prices) GC adapters, and they are currently priced at $30. I guess they found some stuck in the mess from that dockworker strike. I just thought I'd let anyone cheap and patient like me know these things are close to there original MSRP.
Another good side effect is the knockoffs are also down in price. I was thinking about getting a Mayflash one, since it's now $15, has official drivers to work with PCs, too, and has surprisingly good reviews for something that is a quick knockoff. Then again, I feel safer with Nintendo's build quality and found some third party drivers that work with most adapters including the official one.
Should I get the knockoff, or the real deal? Has anyone here used a knockoff adapter and liked it? I did read one review on the Mayflash that said it has input lag, but only in online matches. (The reviewer also said he tested online with a pro controller and didn't notice any lag.)
