A Task Beyond Me...

As you might be able to see, my avatar is crap. I'm attempting to get an animated avatar working, but failing horrifically in the process. So, in times of hardship, I turned to the greatest forum of all time (4chan wasn't avaliable, so I came here [sub]kidding, of course. You people are the best of the best of the best of the best. But a little better.[/sub]), to beg for help.

Can anyone make this <100kb, and 75 pixels wide for use as an avatar? I will pay with cookies! Cookies and cream? Services that are not to be seen by children?

I can see from the news posts though, that I'll need to cut down what I want.
