OK, 9 out of 10 gaming related things we read/see/hear in the media are bad or negative. But I've just thought, no-one except the gamers stand up for the games, the designers sometimes have a little say, but this is brushed off and over quickly and we all ***** online and secretly crave attention or some simple gratification even if it's from another gamer who feels the same way.
So, a thought that has been running around my head a few times the last few days is, why isn't there a support group like PETA but for games and gamers, a group that will stand up against the bad press publicly and piss everyone else off like PETA so the media eventually stops paying attention to games and moves on?
Or is there one and have I just missed it?
If there isn't one, lets have a few suggestions for acronym names please, it maybe a facebook group by the end of the next week with project goals and stuff.
Bonus points if the acronym spells gamers!
