I know what the Op is saying. He's wondering who the guy is from a picture Yahtzee has used in a number of videos. The man in question has brown hair, looks to be in his late twenties/early thirties and has a rather bored look on his face.

The guy is a running joke,he is boring ( or the movie he was in was,not sure), so he shows up when Yahtzee talks about a boring part of the game.
