I'll agree with that sentament I'm pretty sick of that too.

Anyway, I'd quite like to see some sort of mouldable girps for the ps3 controller, maybe it's just me but, I find them slippery and uncofortable, but, I persist anyway.

I completely agree. The boomerang controller looked more comfortable than the design they continue to persist with.
