account information not found!

Ok so I got on my laptop today and discover Oh hey I have no more hotmail! So I went to check MSN.com and well it turns out my account was ether hacked into or someone tried to log on and locked my account down. now I need to go though and redo a lot of Email info (god that will take forever) but the thing I need to know is can I change my Steam, PSN and Xbox Live account emails with no problem? I have a lot of information and some things I would like to keep on those accounts.

Just so anyone knows the problem has been fixed, the guy tryed getting a password reset and I changed it around wile I had a shot too and removed all his Email info from the account but I still would like to know if there is a way to chnage this information around

Xbox live account emails cannot be changed because your email is your windows live account, which is also your xbox live account, they're all the same thing.

Steam's email can be changed, it should be with the security settings. Of course, you'll need your steam password. I'd assume PSN works the same, but I've never used it so I can't be sure.
