So...
He was banned from Xbox Live for illegally downloading Forza 3 before it came out. He met Xbox Live supervisor Stephen Toulouse at PAX East - and actually managed to talk the man into unbanning him. Then he immediately tried to steal ANOTHER game that wasn't out yet.
And now they're basically letting him go.
Great! Wonder what he'll do next!

Whats the point in trying to steal an unreleased online game that noone else is gonna play on so he can't actually play it because it ain't been released yet?
