Assassins Creed 2 is the only official one i can say i have. I have many others that are extremely close to completion though.

About the trophies, I usually get them automatically. As in I just play the game like I always do, aim for the 100%. Trophies or no Trophies.
Like in the old SNES days with Donkey Kong and Mario. Great times. Why? Because I want to get every penny out of my bought game!
I have:
Call of Duty MW2 (ashamed of that one, horrible game)
Prince of Persia Forgotten Sands (rented, pretty decent actually)
Bayonetta (my pick of GOTY 2010. Great game with insane replay and a true challange for completists (getting all trophies means you're at 33%..now that's hardcore)).
Infamous (good game)
Resident Evil 5 (also known to me as RE4.1)
Heavy Rain (duh)
Borderlands (underrated game imo with the most fun CoOp I've ever had since ContraIII on the SNES)
Uncharted 2 (rented, great game but a bit overrated imo)
Batman Arkham Asylum (best game i've played to date on a nextgen console)

- Oblivion, got the fabled 100%. Never want to touch the game again.

- RE4 (to the point that I completed a PRO-Knife only run)
