Achievements you'd rather not achieve?

Honestly, multiplayer achievements in a mostly single-player game. GTAIV, Red Dead Redemption, Red Faction Guerrilla, and so on.

Even worse are the ones that require you to play with a dev or someone else who has played with a dev. For some reason I just find those to be incredibly stupid.

I have every single achievement for Assassin's Creed 1 and 2, Brotherhood is the only one I haven't been able to, all because of multiplayer! -_-

How the heck did you get all the flags?!!!??!

So yea, I say the worst achievements are the ones where you have to search every single place for stupid things like flags or orbs for no reason other than to get the achievements

You have read all our minds. You don't know how many times I've complained about this. The worst thing of course is when these games (I'm looking at you GTA) are single player games with multiplayer achievements you will never get.

The one in MineCraft for crafting a wooden sword. I refuse to do that, they're just so useless!

I did it then immediately threw it into my incinerator.

Ones that involve collecting all of the various objects in the game. The very worst imo is the flags from Assassin's Creed 1 -- there were hundreds of the damned things, and all for some inordinately tiny reward.

Generally "complete to 100%" awards are too much effort because they are generally put into fairly open games with shitloads to do, and completing to %100 requires lots of boring and utterly pointless trawling around.

Any that require me to play online with this 'friends' person they keep referring to I don't know who 'friends' is and why would I want to play with and against them in EVERY single game just to get a trophy???????

I lack only one achievement in AC: Brotherhood to get 100% achievements, of curse it's a multi player one, witch one ? Ger every single bonus in the multi player game at least once, how many bonuses i lack ? Only one, witch one ? Triple Escape (you need to lose three pursuers chasing you at the same time, for people who don't know). Why i didn't do it yet ? because for last three months whenever EVER im pursued by 3 people at once one of them has a *@#% gun!... *sigh*

Oh the one you rather WOULDN'T do ? sorry i miss read 'achievements that are impossible because people can't play game normally like others and instead think that if they are using easy option they win but they get only 100 points for kill'

The one i rather wouldn't do is FFXIII in witch you have to lvl up everyone in the team to max in each spec... no thanks im not interested in playing mmo on singleplayer

Multiplayer achievements in single player games and collectibles (or crafting every single item in a game like Star Ocean) - I like achievements with funny names you get for actually progressing in the game or doing the hard mode etc, but tedious time consumers are just a bane of the achievement madness.

I don't mind flag collecting achievements too much, they're not 'hard', more time consuming.
